I’m Liz (she/her), and I’m the Labor Doula at Embracing Birth. As a judgement-free, size-inclusive, and unbiased doula, my only goal for my clients is that they feel informed, listened to, and supported throughout every step of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.

I know that pregnancy and preparing for birth can sometimes be overwhelming - especially with the extensive amount of information and opinions available on the internet. As your doula, I am committed to providing clients with evidence-based, quality information and resources. Together, we will explore your options, discuss fears, set goals, and come up with a plan for you to have the best labor and delivery possible.
